Applicable to the hardness measurement of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, and also suitable for the hardness measurement of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite.
XHB-3000 digital display Brinell hardness tester is a mechatronics product with precise mechanical structure and microcomputer controlled closed loop system. The instrument cancels the weight and adopts electric loading and unloading test force. The pressure sensor with 0.5‰ accuracy is used for feedback. The CPU controls and can automatically compensate for the test force lost during the test.
The indentation can be directly measured on the instrument through the micrometer eyepiece. The test force, indentation length, dwell time, number of measurements, conversion scale, date and time can be more intuitively displayed on the large screen. When operating, just press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation, and the hardness value can be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. The data results can be saved and viewed by form, or output through the built-in printer, and it is equipped with an RS232 interface for users to connect to the computer for output. The hardness tester can also be configured with a video measurement device and a CCD image automatic measurement system according to the user's special needs.
