The CCD image automatic measurement system is a combination of computer microcomputer automatic measurement software and hardness tester, so that the entire test process can be completed through simple operation of keyboard and mouse. It is easy to operate and has high measurement accuracy. It minimizes human errors and avoids visual fatigue of operators, and can meet various hardness test requirements. The system uses a CCD camera, which can directly observe and measure indentations on the display. It can quickly operate to set test conditions and display results. It can realize single-point measurement through measurement software, randomly measure multiple points, and statistically measure data. It can arbitrarily set the distance between two or more measurement points to measure the penetration layer depth. It can measure and statistically measure data along the X or Y axis. According to the judgment value entered by the user (such as 550), the penetration layer depth is automatically calculated, statistical calculation, conversion, display curve, judge whether it is qualified, etc., and the data results are saved as WORD or EXCEL files.

The measurement and control of this system uses a high-resolution image device to clearly display the indentation on the computer screen. The hardness value of the test indentation is automatically measured by software signal conversion. Fixed-point and continuous tests can be performed to draw depth and gradient curves. Supports WIN7, WINXP and other operating systems. Can test micro-Vickers, Knoop, carbonized layer, etc. Hardness values can be automatically converted in various forms. High or low magnification objective lenses can be selected as needed. Image clarity: >540 lines. The image can be adjusted for contrast, brightness, etc. Image files and data files can be opened, stored, printed, etc. respectively. Data files and image files can be viewed at any time, and data files are printed in the form of tables and curves. This CCD image automatic measurement system can be used with all models of micro/Vickers hardness testers manufactured by our company.
